SENIOR ROBOTIC SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

At Flexxbotics we deliver next generation solutions for robot-driven manufacturing which includes software and hardware to transform production operations. Our automation team designs and deploys some of the most advanced robotic machine tending installations in industry to enable autonomous process control for continuous operations.
If you’re excited to solve insanely complex challenges that involve machine tools, sensors, inspection equipment, vision systems, collaborative and industrial robots and everything else that could possibly be involved including pre- and post-processes, we need you on the team.

YOU WILL
- Create industry leading 6 axis robot automated manufacturing work cells utilizing new and groundbreaking technologies.
- Inspire and galvanize customers to meeting and exceed their automation goals.
- Convey complex technical content clearly and concisely to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Foster relationships with sophisticated suppliers to create a strong stable of devices, components, and sensors for challenging automation applications.
- Consolidate concepts and learnings from each proposal into repeatable, successful solution design processes.
- Collaborate with Senior Automation, Robotics Interface Engineers, and Software Engineers to build the most effective and creative solutions possible.
- Approve and build upon junior Solution Engineer work.
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Manufacturing Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent.)
- 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Application Engineering, Systems Engineering, Controls Engineering, or Automation Engineering role.
- Experience discovering and managing system, component, and sensor suppliers.
- Ability to research unknown technologies to build ground up novel solutions.
- Ability to innovative integration solutions surrounding challenging technical and commercial requirements.
- Willingness to travel and perform automation workshops with customers.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing on technical challenges with customers.
