About Tyler
Tyler has spent most of his career in senior commercial roles for factory automation and motion control organizations, where he learned to solve and sell complex automation and motion control solutions. He attends Northeastern University D’Amore-McKim where he is participating in their MBA program. He has a degree in Biomechanical Engineering, where he started his entrepreneurial journey developing a provisional patent for a novel prosthetic ankle. When Tyler is not working on Flexxbotics you can find him playing basketball, spending time with family/friends and traveling.

Tyler has spent most of his career in manufacturing test automation and robotics product development roles. He has had the fortune to participate as both an end customer and supplier in various robotic and automation solutions. He has expertise in systems engineering, software development and product management. When Tyler is not pushing Flexxbotic’s product development, you can find him spending time with his fiance and their dog Lilly outside of Boston.

About John
John has spent most of his career devoted to working with successful startups such as Internet Systems (acquired), Chipcom Corp. (IPO’d), and Cerulean (acquired). He has also worked with several fortune 100 sized companies including Bose Corporation, J&J and 3Com/US Robotics. His experience has given him a keen appreciation of DevOps and lean/agile process improvement techniques. John has authored and co-authored several patents as an architect and developer of several commercially available networked products.

Matt received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and later his Masters in Mechatronics at Northeastern University, where he further strengthened his practical electromechanical systems design experience as a project manager and research assistant at RIVeR Robotics Lab. When Matt isn’t improving Flexxbotic’s industrial integratability, you can find him spending time with his girlfriend, watering his plants and herding his rabbit Marty in East Boston.

Zac has worked in the software industry for the past seven years as a developer for Hyland, a Fortune 100 company. While there he was proud to lead a team of engineers all over the world developing a successful Robotic Process Automation application. In addition to leading the team, he was a primary contributor to two software patents. Outside of work, Zac loves playing guitar, and spending time with friends, family, his 3 dogs Lilly, Oliver, Bill Murray and his cat Videl.

She has an affinity to mentoring and teaching at organizations like Girls who Code where she has taught introductory computer science classes to high school girls.

Joe has over 7+ years working in various aspects of product management, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and product development in the industrial space with a proven track record in the industry. Joe has worked at Mitsubishi Corporation, General Motors, Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., PopCom (Robotic automation), and Cognex Corporation. At Cognex, Joe managed the In-Sight product line, managing the launch and development of several new products. Joe’s strong experience in manufacturing, factory automation, and machine vision brings in a wealth of industry expertise to the team. When Joe isn’t building VOC, he enjoys international travel, hiking, fantasy football, and cooking beef jerky.

Outside of work, she enjoys listening to podcasts, mentoring students and spending time with family and her best friend Debjani.
